CAN-Gateway software is intended for communication with devices from Hoval AG that are equipped with a "TopTronic® E" (*) controller. This software must be executed on compatible hardware based on an ESP32 microcontroller and then allows:1. Integrate the devices into the home automation system (e.g. Home Assistant, ioBroker, OpenHAB, Domoticz, Loxone etc.). Supported protocols / features:MQTT protocolREST APIModbus TCPHome Assistant MQTT auto discoveryKNX IP multicast/routing (no tunneling)2. Control the devices online from anywhere using the associated Android app / Windows x64 app and read out the current data(**). Log data and save it on an SD card, e.g. for system or error analysis. Features:Data storage can be set flexiblyVarious data formatsWith the CAN gateway you can monitor and control up to 40 parameters in your Hoval devices at the same time.For performance reasons, it is possible to use/activate only one communication protocol (MQTT, KNX IP, REST-API) or data storage on an SD card at the same time.
